LLA Trustees (LLA) was established in 1999 and is our preferred RE for retail-managed investment schemes.

LLA has provided managed investment services to investors and promotors of managed investment schemes for over 20 years and currently acts as a RE/Trustee and Custodian for over 15 managed investment scheme projects.

These projects include residential property investments, commercial property syndicates, trusts, mortgage and debenture programs, property development ventures, and resource and agricultural investment projects.

LLA Capital Pty Ltd (AFSL 502430)

LLA Capital was founded in 2019 and is our preferred Trustee for wholesale or unregistered managed investment schemes.

LLA Capital Partners Pty Ltd (AFSL 293655)

LLA Capital Partners (LLCP) is a boutique investment research and portfolio management firm that was established in 2006 to provide incisive equities analysis and wealth management solutions to family offices, financial advisers, and accountants.

Our consultancy services specialise in providing strategic equities research and advice to unlisted and listed microcap financial services and property companies, corporate and investment product research, and independent investment portfolio services.

LLA Legal Pty Ltd

LLA Legal is an incorporated legal practice that provides independent legal advice focusing on managed investment schemes, trusts, banking, and finance. The firm’s principal has over 25 years of experience assisting major banks and funds managers in all aspects of financial services law, having worked with both national law firms and boutique firms.

LLA Legal assists clients with setting up managed investment schemes, fulfilling licensing requirements, and ensuring compliance throughout the scheme’s lifespan, and right through to the winding up of the investment scheme.

As an independent incorporated legal practice, LLA Legal also provides transactional advice and services for secured commercial and residential loans throughout Australia. This includes preparing all loan documents and handling settlements and discharges of securities. Additionally, LLA Legal can enforce and default loans.

The firm is supported by an extensive group of external legal advisors.

Peter Leodaritsis

Peter Leodaritsis is a leading Australian securities industry figure with over 35 years of extensive experience in equities research, including 25 years in institutional equities. He has extensive experience in corporate valuations, equity capital markets, portfolio construction and investment management.

Peter is a skilled strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen. He possesses advanced analytical and financial numeracy skills and is an exceptional presenter and communicator.

Peter is widely recognized as one of Australia’s leading financial sector analysts and is also known for founding Australia’s first significant independent equities research firm, Aegis, and successfully transforming it into a profitable and industry-leading player before its acquisition by Morningstar in 2010.

Peter is a result-driven leader with an inclusive and collaborative leadership style, high personal integrity, and strong interpersonal skills.

Peter is the Chairman of The Leodaritsis & Lynch group of companies and Chief Investment Officer of the Wealth Management divison.

Dermott Lynch

Dermott has over 25 years of experience working as a lawyer, corporate advisor and business owner. Uniquely, Dermott has strong experience in both corporate law and commercial litigation with a focus on financial services. In addition to working as a partner/principal in national law firms, Dermott has adapted his legal and commercial skills to create, develop, and divest businesses in Australia and the UK, both as a company founder and a commercial and legal advisor. Dermott has assisted US fund managers in creating funds and assisting them with potential acquisitions and continues to assist clients with establishing funds, corporate and regulatory compliance and general risk management.

Dermott is the Managing Director of Leodaritsis & Lynch Legal and the group’s General Counsel.
